Winter 2012 Workshops
Winter Foraging Walk in Central Texas: NEW CLASS! This class will be a simple walk and discussion about wild edible plants you can find growing in the winter and early spring. We will discuss how to identify, harvest and prepare the things we find. If we’re lucky, you might return home with a bag of wild salad or winter greens! Come prepared for the weather!
When: February 25, 2012 2pm to 4ish
Where: near Wimberley, Texas
Cost: $30 (includes handouts, a wild snack and some foraged finds)
